We support our staff in fulfilling the values with our monthly Lunch ‘n’ Learn programme where members of the team take turns to lead a fun and interactive workshop (and lunch is included!). With ambitious goals for the group, we are looking for an ambitious and tenacious individual with a consultative sales approach and passion for the DSA sector to help us meet our aggressive growth plans. Working closely with our Head of Sales, Strategic Relationship Manager and growing Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering our lead generation activities to enable us to deliver quarterly sales revenues against agreed targets across our three core businesses of Invate, e-Quality Learning and Learning Labs.
You will work to achieve KPIs by following up on marketing campaigns, event series, previous contacts and by making cold calls. The objective is to book high quality, fully qualified appointments for our Strategic Relationship Manager from both existing and prospective clients.
Regarded as the transition point for opportunities from marketing to sales and therefore the first point of contact in the sales process, you will continually increase your knowledge of our products and its specific selling points and will build up an extensive knowledge of case studies so that you can talk with authority and confidence about existing customers and how they have benefited from using our solutions.
