Our products and services are grounded in neuroscience and are designed to empower individuals to achieve their best in life and ultimately, improve the quality of life for all.

Our group of sister companies share a passion for supporting inclusivity and neurodiversity with personalised learning solutions. eQS includes Invate, an assistive technology (AT) equipment and software provider, e-Quality Learning, a one-to-one AT training provider, Learning Labs, a specialist e-learning software house and Amano, a non-medical help provider.

We support our staff in fulfilling the values with our monthly Lunch ‘n’ Learn programme where members of the team take turns to lead a fun and interactive workshop (and lunch is included!) We also run a LEAD (Leadership Exploration and Development) Programme to support our management team in growing as leaders of the business.
