8.1. We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
9.2. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive.
9.3. The cookies we use are “analytical” cookies. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.

14.2. to remind you of training session appointments by electronic means (email and SMS);

14.5. to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;
14.6. with your disability assessor, trainer or other such support worker and disability assessment organisation, training provider, education institution or other such organisation;
14.7. to improve your experience of disability support within educational institutions and DSA-QAG and any registered ATSPs or NMH’s approved on the DSA-QAG website;
14.8. to provide software and hardware insurance companies providing goods and services as part of your interaction with us;
14.9. to engage with our contractors or other trusted organisations who will be providing services as part of your interaction with us;
14.10. to provide stakeholders in your support with the opportunity to improve their service to you, information will be provided to the DSA-QAG registered Access Centre you were assessed by, your educational institution, and or your employer this may include but is not exclusive of dates and times of sessions, missed sessions, topics covered, names and comments of trainers working with you, feedback you provide to us, contact details, difficulties you experience, disability related difficulties and study skills related advice;
14.11. to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so; and
14.12. to notify you about changes to our service.
14.13. We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these by email or telephone.
14.14. If you are an existing User (as defined in our Terms and Conditions), we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.
14.15. If you are a new User, and where we permit selected third parties to use your data, we (or they) will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.

14.17. To transfer/share of personal information or documentation relating to your NMH support (Non-Medical Help Support), to the Disabled Students Allowance Quality Assurance Group so that they can audit the organisations internal processes for dealing with the delivery of NMH support services.
14.18. To transfer/share of personal information or documentation relating to you to our associated companies Invate Limited, e-Quality Learning Limited, Amano Student Support, EW Group and The Educational Guidance Service.
15.1. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
15.2. We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
15.2.1. to deliver our services to you and for any of the permitted reason outlined in clause 14 above;
15.2.2. in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
15.2.3. if substantially all of the assets of either eQuality Solutions or any parent company of eQuality Solutions are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets; or
15.2.4. if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of Supply and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of eQuality Solutions or any parent company of eQuality Solutions, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
15.3. We may disclose your personal information to the Disabled Students Allowance Quality Assurance Group, if chosen as a student sample, so that the auditor can audit the organisations internal processes for dealing with the delivery of NMH support services. These audits play an important part of ensuring that the organisation is complying with all relevant legislation, internal and external guidance. Such compliance is vital to the organisation so it can properly provide NMH support services as recommended in your needs assessment report.
15.4. The information that the organisation is proposing to share with the auditor is a copy of documentation such as your timesheet, invoice to the funding body relating to the delivery of your NMH support. The personal data provided to the auditor would only be processed for the specific purpose of carrying out the audit of the organisation. The data or NMH support information would not be retained by the auditor once the audit of the organisation had been completed and accredited by DSA-QAG.
16.1. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
16.2. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. 16.3. The GDPR grants you the right to be forgotten and to have all personal data held by you deleted within a reasonable timeframe. Please note than in having your personal data deleted you will no longer be able to access any of the services that we provide without first re-registering as a new User again.

If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. 20.1. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
