The Role

As senior project manager you will be responsible for leading and supporting  colleagues within the team to deliver high-quality projects within specified time and cost constraints to create a positive impact to our clients. Your primary duties will include managing complex client relations, setting schedules, managing budgets, liaise with multiple consultants, to name a few. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Projects  and other department heads to increase revenue, achieve productivity goals and contribute to the organisation’s overall success.

Your opinion matters, so we’ll love it if you come to the senior management team with ideas on how we can improve our processes and solutions.

We offer a hybrid working model; however you will be required to be in the office on some days, the ability to travel to our London office is required.

Experience, knowledge, skills and competencies 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing vendor and client complaints in a respectful and timely manner, and ensuring that the organisation maintains a positive image and provides high-quality services
  • Ensuring that employees have a dynamic and supportive workspace and the resources necessary to provide outstanding services to clients
  • Provide quality assurance of all materials and support your direct reports in achieving and emphasising areas that require improvement in the future
  • Ensure close working relationships with consultants, while matching them to the most appropriate projects.
  • Working closely with the Head of Projects to support the implementation of strategies and establish revenue goals
  • Collaborating with executive-level Managers and providing relevant feedback about performance of individual employees and the department.

Person Specification

  • You will be positive, practical and creative in your approach to your work with clients and with the team.
  • You can work collaboratively, and you are a natural problem-solver.
  • You are confident communicator and can demonstrate relevant previous experience.
  • The pace of work is often high, as you will be responding to client needs. The successful applicant will be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • You will be happy to take responsibility for managing your own workload, and for raising any workload issues with your line manager.
  • You will inspire others in the team with their ability to overcome challenges in a positive way, develop their skills and knowledge and provide an inclusive, supportive and motivating environment in which they can flourish.

Terms
We offer a flexible business model in which all types of working arrangements will be considered. The role is for 37.5 hours per week and the successful candidate is required to start as soon as possible.

Location
We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum of one day in the office per week, splitting our time between our office in Central London (Old Street) and home. Our clients are based around the UK and further afield so the role may require travel.
