We are seeking an individual with experience and a passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, to join our Client Solutions team. At the core of our service is brilliant client care and we want our clients to feel valued, and to make sure they come back to us for any further support they may need around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and developing winning proposals. You will respond to enquiries about our DEI products and services and engage with potential new clients on developing their inclusion journey. You need to be able to create strategic messaging, ensuring we’re articulating the best story and value to clients.
You will work collaboratively with the Client Solutions Team, Consultants, Project Managers, and Clients to prepare clear and robust proposals whilst also supporting our growth initiatives. This is a role to challenge and inspire the right person, with excellent prospects for growth within the company.

Terms
We offer a flexible business model in which all types of working arrangements will be considered. The role is for 37.5 hours per week and the successful candidate is required to start as soon as possible.
Location
We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days in the office per week, splitting our time between our office in Central London (Old Street) and home. Our clients are based around the UK and further afield so the role may require travel.
