She recently joined the team at the eQuality Solutions Group (eQS) where she felt the brand’s values and purpose resonated with her own core values. Headquartered in Hebburn, eQS is a national technology specialist in disability, diversity, inclusivity and mental wellbeing solutions.
Primarily operating in the higher education sector, eQS supports c.10,000 students annually with specialist support solutions. The group is on track to achieve a full year of revenues of £8.5m and is embarking on an ambitious mergers and acquisitions strategy, which Alison will help drive for eQS.
Over the course of her career, Alison consistently enhanced financial performance and position by establishing trusted business partnerships, driving financial performance, improving processes and implementing new approaches, leveraging a strong operational, financial and accounting background to understand business / stakeholder drivers and processes to deliver strategic change and improvements.
Speaking on joining the team at eQS, Alison said: “I was excited to take on this position because I felt the values, purpose and vision of eQS really resonated with my own. One of my core strengths I look forward to applying to the role is my ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders and senior stakeholders to provide advice and insights as a key financial leader.
